Dave McKay will never be as good as Rodney McKay

Aww.. Rodney was seriously under appreciated. Playing second fiddle to Sam. Always being threatened with death by his fellow teammates. Watching his best friend die, then be revived, then leave again. Being made into an android copy. Competing with Neil DeGrasse Tyson and Bill Nye for the fakest scientist ever award, but ultimately losing to Dave Foley.

He did have some really awesome rapport with Todd, whenever he managed to show up.

Besides, his wait-until-the-last-minute-to-save-the-universe routine got a bit old.
 
I never actually watched Stargate much. Always just seemed like TNG plots but with annoying sarcastic guy instead of Patrick Stewart.
 
If they hadn't made the character bitch and moan about saving the universe every time he needed to save the universe, I would have liked Rodney more. I like the grumpy scientist thing, but DON'T BITCH FOR AN HOUR ABOUT IT, OK? :rwmad:

The original Stargate movie was on the other day. I always try to watch it when it's on. I like James Spader.
