Solution. Fuck Iraq. Saddam is gone. Get our people out and tell the rag heads to take care of themselves for once. It's their country; they can continue the fight for their freedom. Frankly, as far as I'm concerned, they're a people who will end up subjugated again once we leave so screw them. It's time to sink or swim.

Pick up the hunt for Osama and finish the mother fucker once and for all. Show the world that we will stay the course on the fight on terror and not get side tracked by the political game playing or personal agendas that the Bush administration is becoming so well known for.

FYI I do believe that our goal is to train Iraqis to fight their own fight. You got training when you joined the military right? They didn't just throw you into a field and say, "Good luck cracker, don't die!"

Yes, I was trained. But a very important part of that training included my desire to learn. And there are quite a few in Iraq that would rather let someone else fight their battle for them. These people haven't defended themselves in decades. And sometimes you just gotta say time to sink or swim. You decide because you can't rely on us forever.

That's how credibility and accountability are maintained.

Yes. Except that, as you pointed out, I'm not much of a humanitarian. At the same time you won't catch me lecturing on the sanctity of human life with a syringe of Potassium chloride in one hand and an M4 with a combat load and orders to kill in the other.
