Deadpool 2

Ooh. I didn't think a trailer could get me more excited about a movie than the ones for Infinity War, but this new Deadpool trailer...I had to go masturbate a little before coming back here to post.

I finally watched it, it was pretty good. I say "pretty good" because I thought the first half dragged a bit and the second half was a lot better. Like in the first half it kept switching from being "oh wait it's actually serious?" to going back to being silly. And half the jokes weren't that funny (but there were a LOT of jokes so that means half of a lot is still half of a lot of jokes being funny!) Plus it just keeps introducing characters until it settles down once X-Force is dead. That's where it really picks up with the big action scene and getting the final team together. And the final emotional bit worked a lot better than the early ones, for me.

It's a shame Morena Baccarin wasn't in it more but I guess that's fucking Gotham's fault.
 
I liked it less than the first one, it was still good though. Don't think I am going to pay money to see once apon a deadpool though.
 
Yeah, I also enjoyed it but not nearly as much as the first one and won't be seeing the PG13 edit. I think part of it was how much the actual movie diverged from the trailer. The trailer felt so much more like the first movie while the actual movie was darker.
