When we take over, standarized tests will be admionistered to remove the Mundanes and the Norms. They will be required to have a "N" or an "M" branded into the forehead with a hot iron. Further it is the decree of the Mutant Nationalist Socialist Party that the said inferiors must be made a uniform of sackcloth, and their heads and eyebrows shaved of all hair (female and male).
They shall be required to report to M.N.S.P headquarters where their unexceptional kind will pay reperations for their vile, verminous kind by maintaining the city and doing work suited for their uninspired, giftless nature.
Failure to report will lead in their termination and being recycled in the crematorium.
A further edict is they shall not live in major cities, drive cars nor have seperate housing, but live at State ran facilities. Any Norm or Mundane disobeying this order will be liquidated by hanging on Sunday in the city square.
