It's got some logic/plot holes and is a little obvious in spots, but dudes, two words: arc gun.

STILL trying to find the gif of that thing in action.

I know what gif you're talking about, but I mean the scene where he's in the weapons lab with the prawn mastermind, and SWAT-types are trying to take them out, and he activates the gun they've been trying to get to work for years and starts shooting these lightning-esque bolts that blow any organic object --such as a SWAT goon-- to smithereens.

I liked the gravity gun more. Imagine being able to launch your opponent into space.
