I had this friend of a cousin's that we always used to hang out with. Nice jolly fat guy, and he was always a good person.
Anyhow, now he is a pastor at a church. And in one sermon, he was talking about a little girl who was demon possessed and him and two other pastors had to do an exorcism. He talked about how this girl threw two 225+ pound men across the room without much effort.
He later told a small group of us that back when he was a teenager and he went to these church sermons, he would always discount pastor's stories about demon possession as kind of kooky and would largely ignore them.
But he says that it is real, and something not a lot of people know about in North America. But in other countries, especially in Asia and Africa, things like witch doctors, voodoo, and stuff like that are pretty commonplace, and most folks believe it.
So what do you believe? Is demon possession real? Or is it a psychological disorder, that can be cured with pills?
