Duck Confit

A friend brought some Duck confit back to the states from Paris. We are going to have a delicious feast of various dark birds soon.

We are going to make turkey lasagna or turkey fettucini alfredo for dinner tonight.

I was going to make it last night but I got shitface drunk while watching football.

nice. We made turkey meat sauce and used that for lsagna, plus froze some. That's something that's really easy to thaw out. Cooking while bombed is dangerous, not to mention really messy.

I used to have a deepfryer, but had to get rid of it because of all the fucked up stuff my roommates and I would make while drunk at 3 AM and have to clean up later.

I was invited to a fish fry Saturday, it will be bass and cod.

Fish tacos sounds nasty but are SUPER GOOD. Fish with cheese,sour cream, salsa in a tortilla is delicious. When my friends went to Cabo san Lucas,mexico they lived on fish tacos , tequilla and beer.

I love fish tacos... there's a place that does them with grilled fish, shredded cabbage, and spicy ranch dressing that is so good.

We will drink bloody mary's till we kill a half gallon of vodka while we cook.

It will be a great time, everyone there plays music so we will have a jam session at the same time. I will bring some big fat stinky indica joints to smoke.
