Colonel Kira's Left Tit

Bearded Belly of Bajor
Aye, just the cable that plugs into your TV. You'd probably want to get a coax splitter or something and run one coax line into your TV and another into the capture device, unless you have multiple cable outlets in your place. From the looks of it, it also has S-Video and composite inputs, so you could hook a VCR into it if you have old tapes or home videos you'd like to make digital copies of.

It'll come with software so you can watch TV on your notebook, record programs, etc. If you have a DVD burner in your notebook, you can burn those recordings to blank DVDs. One thing to note, though, is that recording video will invariably take up a shitload of hard drive space.
