E Bay or Craigslist?

I want to sell alot of items. Which is the better avenue? Ebay or Craigslist?

I sold a bike on craigslist once. If you're looking to sell locally, I'd go that route.

It really depends. If you're selling collectibles, ebay is definitely the way to go. You'll have a much wider audience, and thus a greater chance to sell for a decent price.

If you're trying to sell something like tools, or a lawnmower, TV, clothes, you're better off with Craigslist. It would be a pain in the ass to try and ship something heavy/bulky, so having someone pick it up would be ideal. What are you trying to sell.

I need to get my Star Wars toys out of the garage and up on ebay. I think I could get at least $500 for them.

Anything and everything. So far I've listed games and movies. Eventually I'll move up to selling my DS Lite and some other items.
I have a person willing to sell tools and equipment where I would make a 70% profit off the items. I also have concert T-shirts and Swag I can possibly sell as well.

Americans (not all of them I'm sure) pronounce Craig as "Creg" for no apparent reason. I don't get whey they aren't confused by Greg not being spelt as "Graig".

You can also use eBay's sister site Half.com, if you just want to set a price and sell direct without having to sift through bids.
