Eating Raw Meat

I can't remember if I've ever had steak tartar but i do love a nice rare steak.

Raw fish heads are good.. especially the eyes. I tried it in a Japanese restaurant once, and was hooked ever since :)

I knew a guy once who used to eat raw hamburger. This was about 20 years ago, though, so it wasn't such a faux pas back then.

Though it might explain why he's fucking nuts.

Steak Tartare also includes adding raw egg yolk (Ya mix it in).

It's divine and gives you immense strength. Try a few forks of it at a Polish restaurant.

That's a good way. I like putting prime rib on a HOT granite square and letting it cook just right. The rare side of medium, hot yet bloody.

I usually like my meat very rare.

Beef carpaccio is m favorite appetizer, followed closely by steak tartare (Though finding a restaurant that serves the good stuff is a pain).

Don't like sushi that much. I can eat 4 or five pieces, usually of salmon, before my stomach starts to burble.

I often have hamburgers so rare that people I'm eating with cringe, cause often they will fall apart on the bun ;) The problem is finding a restaurant the won't puss out and'll actually SERVE them like that. Max And Erma's did for a while, but they pussed out. Sahm's, I think, still does. Nothing I've found down here yet, though.

I'll probably end up getting my own meat grinder to make sure I do it right.

the only raw meat I'll eat is at a sushi joint. I'm not an overt meat lover anyway, never have been.

Rare to raw steak is definitely good, as is raw fish. But it needs to be fresh and cut just before eating. Otherwise the bacteria get into things.

Scraggly goatees are about the worst looking things in the world. I knew this kid in high school with one, which was made all the worse, since he wasn't much to look at even without the goatee.
