I was just browsing good ol Wiki and found this guy:

He received the Nobel prize in 1949 for creating the procedure known at the Lobotomy. I am of course probably mis prouncing his name, but it totally made me think of Eggs Mayonaise!
 
LOL it does look like how Manuel would pronounce Eggs Mayonnaise on Fawlty Towers.
