Let's face it there has to be a cabal of Staffers who are louder, or more insistent, or something [??] if the voices of people like LoP aren't heard.

I know Rov is an absentee landlord right now, and that's fine because he really is busy with Law School. So that leaves who? The voice of real reason is gone--Appreciate. Who did that leave in charge?

There was a power void and someone or some smaller group stepped into to fill it. Who is making these decisions and demanding to go down this path, because those are the people who need a VACATION from the Staff Lounge.

You all need to be able to vote out anyone whose POV is damaging to the board. Or do you think you are just stuck with bad managers?
