Aunt and uncle called. Thier dog had to be put down.
Chatted with my friend who is traveling to go to a funeral for her uncle
The same aunt and uncle whose dog passed away called to tell me that my cousin passed away also-not thier kid, but another niece.
I mean it doesn't sound like alot-but piled on top of what has already happened this year-it is alot

I don't know
hoping for some energy to drive west tomorrow

much farther than Portland. We'll be out there for a couple weeks in August, I'll have a car, maybe we can meet up somewhere? I would drive a couple hours for that :D

Lately I have only had energy for family and close friends. It has been a rough time. I have some days off and was going to drive to the west side today but I am exhausted.
Who is in Bellingham?

I wasn't being dismissive. I always like to meet people from online ESPECIALLY TK!!!!!
Its just been a hard year and I haven't gotten to spend a lot of time with family still.
Its funny, there are 3 different routes towards Bellingham, one is 215 miles, the other is 260 and one is 214, but they all take the same amount of time. I would actually usually take the longer route because it has the most freeway. But now looking at it-maybe that would be a good time to explore the northern route that is usually closed in winter. It takes hwy 20 and goes through Winthrop and Sedro Wooley. I'd like to do that actually.
