I agree it should have but are you that surprised? The Academy is a joke, I honestly don't pay atention to it anymore, Episode III being ommitted from the CGI category was fucking childish on the Academys part and just goes to show that its all a big "in" club, they're not really interested in putting the Oscars in the hands of those who deserve them, its however whimsical and up their asses the Acedemy judges are.

Peoples Choice makes more sense.
