Defo go to the "eye doctor" (why does no one in North America call them ophthalmologists or optometrists? Do you call gynecologists "vag doctors"?), sounds like you'll probably need reading glasses, but that's better than squinting at the MF. And people always say that not wearing glasses will make your eyes get even worse... dunno if that's true, though.
