Lack of posts. No new members in over three months, it's even been mentioned in AQG about the lack of board activity. Let us back in.

and that blasted thread is why I wish I could close threads- I know the claims and counter claims are going no where - but hey every one is willing to keep on defending their position, who who am I to take their fun away from them?
 
Every now and then I lurk but I just haven't been in the mood to jump back in the fray. Some of those folks should come over here and talk politics. No - maybe not. As worked up as some of them get, without the restraints EI puts on them, they'd beat each other to a bloody pulp.

Actually, that's the PERFECT reason for them to come over here. They can finally get it off their chest, and we can be amused at the same time! :bigass:

Which is what I've been saying all along, but they won't. I'm not one of the favored, but I don't go breaking their rules. Some have taken a shot at me, but my hands are tied. They don't come over here, because, here, the gloves come off.
 
Well, I often tell them what I think.

But I also get banned often. And I'm two warnings from a Permaban.

Then she says

How proudly she proclaims she certainly would have cut "My few, the proud, the OT regulars" off at the knees if she had her way, by closing the thread before it would have ever gotten close to the 500th post.

Notice how she acknowledges there are only a few regular OT posters, left. Thus the reason for this thread 'Ex Isle seems to be dying'

Cutting them off at the knees? Oh thats such a sweeet image, why thank you Ru, and so like you. And yes we do have a regular group that likes OT topics - every forum has their regulars on every board I've ever seen. So the ones at OT tend to be of a certain political bent? *Shrug*

What ever Ru, you see the world as you want to see it, and thats fine. You and your world view really don't matter much to me.
