Ezekiel Elliott eligible to play in week 1.

Week #1: NY Giants @ Dallas

Elliott six-game suspension was upheld. His availability for week 2 at Denver and beyond is in doubt.

The judges decision on Elliott's temporary restraining order will be made by 6pm on friday eastern time.
 
The NFL appeals Ezekiel Elliott's injunction to the 5th circuit.

Elliott is eligible to play against Denver on Sunday.

The league has asked for a ruling by Tuesday, but no later than Sept-26.
 
Judge denies NFL's emergency stay request in Elliott case.

Elliott will continue to play while his NFL suspension works it way through the courts.
 
I might be wrong, but I'm thinking Elliott will not get that 6 game suspension.

This is where the NFL is having a "cover your ass" moment.

Not doing enough about what happened to Ray Rice and Greg Hardy's domestic violence issues....

Or something like that?

Looks like Elliott is suspended for six-game. The Cowboys don't play until Oct-22 at San Francisco.

Elliott will miss game against:

Washington, Kansas City, Atlanta, Philadelphia, L.A.Chargers.

Elliott will not play until Dec-17 against the Oakland Raiders.
 
Elliott will not play today @ Atlanta.

I"m assuming he got that 6 game suspension.

I'll up-date this story later. Can Dallas win without Zeke?.
