Can Fox please make a deal with Marvel Studios now.
 
This is fox being dicks, as long as they make a low budget film every 7 years Marvel will never get the rights back.

Remember how there was talk of a joint x men FF film? That is dropped too.
 
2019: Post credit scene of Infinity Wars Part 2 sees all of Earth celebrating after defeating Thanos. Being watched from space by THE SILVER SURFER who says "master...they look TASTY." DUM DUM DUM.
 
If rumours are true than Fox has given Marvel the rights back in exchange for being able to put out two x men spin off shows on tv.

Good deal all round if you ask me.
 
It would be good for Marvel to have the rights back so they can use certain characters. Namely Doom. Doom hasn't been done right EVER and Marvel need some good villains and a properly done Doom could be awesome.

On the other hand I don't really care about another Fantastic Four movie? I mean part of the thing with the F4 is that they were the first* heroes in the Marvel universe. But the MCU is already full of super-powered individuals now so four people going to space and coming back with powers wouldn't be such a big deal?

*I know they're not literally the first
