It was the actual suggestion. We all know that once QoTW is up not even the admins can change it, so best to have something good before it's carved in stone.

I think Dershocka suggested several but it wasn't changed (and it was a month ago so they wouldn't be valid anyway.)
 
It's never going to be changed again, except maybe a year from now, when we'll start pretending it matters and yelling at people for not giving us quotes again.
