Why do they all have ICQ addresses? I am researching this phenomenon (plus I wanted to use phenomenon in a sentence).

Does anyone even use ICQ anymore?

I have never used it, which is why I'm curious about the spammers use of it. I was under the impression that it's just an IM program. So I don't know what they're using it for when they register. Maybe they just fill in all the fields OR SOMETHING, I don't know. Can't find any info on the internet either, INTERNET BASTARDS.

Hell, some people still use AOL. What the hell is up with that?
