So times are hard for us all, I decide why not reduce my bills by reducing my sky package from 4 options a month, to just 2, that should reduce my bills right?

For dropping all the music channels and all the knowledge channels, about 60 or so, some in HD, my bill has gone down from 30 quid a month to 28.

Not to mention this took about a month to finally get done, since the sky interactive mysteriously wont connect if you want to reduce your subscription, the website has links to upgrade but not downgrade, and when you ring up, they keep you on hold then hang up after 10 minutes.

The email I got today was in reply to an email I sent three weeks ago.

Want to spend more money with them, they bite your hand off, want to spend less and they will do everything in their power to make it hard for you

Depends on the programs, Atlantis looks really good, but theres only about ten episodes left, lost and 24 are in HD, and some of the later seasons of stargate, as is Heroes, although stupid BBC only have one HD channel, and keep putting the BBC1 stuff on in hd when Heroes is on BBC2.

Torchwood also HD.

Everything does look 4 times better, but if you havent got a HD tv obviously theres no point getting it
