Also, another show about two young obviously gay boys and dancing. Can't remember the name of that one. Should I watch that one too?
 
Gavin and Stacy is really popular over here and from what I've seen it's not bad, but it does star the obnoxious James Corden, who all of us Brits in the MF detest.

Is the dancing thing a documentary? I saw one recently about two obviously gay autistic boys who were trying to become professional ballet dancers. Wasn't really worth the time.
 
No, it looks like it's a comedy. Something with "beautiful" in the title.

Oh, I heard about that but didn't watch it. I think it's set in the '90s, so some of the jokes are probably about whatever trends were popular here back then. Might not translate well. Got good reviews though.
 
All I know is that the Inbetweeners is by far the funniest thing I've watched in years. Even the teaser ads crack me up. So I was looking to see if some of the other shows they show on BBCAmerica were just as funny. :)
 
The Inbetweeners is really top quality, I'm not sure if there's much else that's that good. Might have a look at BBC A's schedule later and see if there's anything worth recommending.

I watched two episodes of the last series of Gavin and Stacey. I quite liked it. It probably helped that those two episodes weren't overly heavy with James Corden.
 
I've heard that it isn't bad but due to the fact that Cordon was in it I stopped short of actually watching it.

I am getting extremely perplexed at the continued meteoric rise of James Cordon. What every happened to Matthew Horne though? Out of the two of them I could stand him a tiny bit more than Cordon.
 
James Corden is like Chris Moyles spliced with a great boxful of enormous cunts.
 
I like Moyles, I dont like Cordon, every single trailer I have seen for Gavin and Stacey has been so piss poor its actively prevented me from wanting to see teh show.
 
And my bad...Beautiful People airs on Logo, not BBCAmerica.
