You are surely forgetting Catwoman, Batman Forever, Daredevil, and the original Punisher (not to mention the original Captain America.)

Trust me, Ghost Rider is mediocre, but nowhere near as bad as the Hulk was...at least it didn't take Nic Cage 90 minutes to flame out.
