Global Incident Map

Some of you have probably seen this site before, but if you haven't check it out. It's addictive and slightly frightening. It displays terrorist acts, suspicious activity and terrorist news for the world. The layout is great, you can hover your cursor over one of the icons and it'll tell you what is going on there.

Or Russia apparently, lol. Canada looks pretty good in the suspicious activity department too.

They've got some fucking awesome food there, though.

Three-month-old rotten shark and ram testicle pate and blood pudding, oh my!

Seriously, though, it's probably the only place where you have easy access to restaurants featuring flaming cows being roasted over a spit as the entree.

The only thing we fail to realise is that as long as their are 'terroristic' attacks, we are safe. When you look at an alternative to this, that is to say, the goverment itself attacking instead of fanatics, you'll see that, while its not good, its a nice alternative.

We are in no real harm. Hell, they say we already knew about 9-11 before it happened. The United States has been targeted for years by so-called 'terrorist's'. Yet, the only big events that we see are the ones that actually happen.

Why is that?
Think a little. Out of these large events, how many other events do you think occur? More over then that, how many events do you think come to light?

None.
The reason? Its because our intelligence is to the point where we can snuff out these unorganized flies beneath our hill without giving their wings any time to shift the air around them.

Intelligence has been the name of the game for years. Such as aback in the 18th century when King Henry was to attend a meeting at 'The House of Lords' along with the parliment. Yet, it was a tip off that let them know that the entire house was going to be blown up. It never came to pass, however.
The event I'm referring to is an extreme watered-down explanation of Guy Fawkes day.

In short, all I'm saying is that we are relatively safe in our comfortable little homes. We have U.S millitary bases on the majority of this world. In fact, I can't remember the exact number (somewhere in the 30's or 40's) but there are only a few countries that DON'T have U.S millitary bases on them.
