So the full Russian invasion's more or less imminent and there's no way Georgia can beat Russia. So: full annexation or creation of a new Russian satellite?
 
Seems unlikely as it'd probably start WWIII and nobody wants that.

Still, it'll be a shame to see Georgia go. :(

If it doesn't involve terrorists he doesn't know what to do. And since everyone knows that this is about oil from the get-go, he doesn't want to further implicate himself. Besides, he's already got his oil investments in the middle east. What does he care if we lose a few vodka-swilling commies to Mother Russia?
