yes. but i may plug it in and zap the milk into nothingness, and then maybe i can put it on its side, and smash with sledge hammers till open, and then retrieve cup without spillage but with massive cooked milk mess......or i may just bag the fucker and throw it out but that seeeeeeeeeeeems too easy

Why is it not opening? Did the spring latch break? Did radiation leakage nuke the rubber seal into cement and glue the door shut?

Yes the latch broke.....and the lil pieces of plastic still in there are unable to be manipulated to work.

okay well here's the deal, if it IS the latch one then there's one or two little push things in the door, onthe side where all the buttons are. if you can get something thin into there, and get the little push things to get pushed out, then you can open the door.

I'm sorry. I'd consider that nuke machine broken. It will probably cost as much to get the switch fixed as it would be to just replace the microwave. Bust the door open, get your mug, then put the microwave on the curb for the fix it guys to pick up and do with whatever they do with it.
