I'm quite Irish, but I rarely drink these days, and I've never been to a NYC St. Patrick's Day parade. Too many drunken fools, half of which turn out to be no more Irish than Sofia Vergara.

But ERIN GO BRAGH and SLAINTE anyway!

Crack open a cold one.

I cracked open a bit too many cold ones. A Guiness, Shiner Bock, Beaver Bite, Death Wish coffee beer, and Money Bomb. They went well though with the underdone cabbage , potatoes and carrots. The corned beef chimichunga was better.

Only downside to yesterday was the improper parking and expired inspection tickets I found on my car after the celebrating.
