I am not prone to headaches. But I have had them from caffiene or lack of. I have had them from eating MSG or old chocolate.

I know people who have them all the time, and sometimes I think people are too dependant on pain medicine, so when they do not take pills then they have a head ache or something.

Anyway, I have been getting headaches in the evenings for about 2-3 weeks now. I thought it was due to my new yoga class-sort of neck pain on up to my head. I didn't go to yoga last week and I still am getting a head ache. I also thought it was caffiene related-tried both not having coffee and having coffee and that does not seem to work.

Perhaps staring at a computer screen?

I am hoping it is not pain med related for me, because I need to take them for another reason, I think it is beggining to mess with my head and body too.

could be the computer. Or any number of other things. Weather does it sometimes. You guys have had bad weather lately haven't you? I get allergy headaches sometimes, and muscle headaches, those are usually coming from my neck and crawl up the back of my skull...

Try pinching your eaarlobe. Sometimes that helps me.

The first day I had a headache, I enjoyed the pain because usually I have pain in another part of my body, so it was a nice distraction. Like I was telling someone else, I can't remember if the headaches happen on a day when I am not on the computer.

Loktar gives me headaches too. Usually pinching my earlobe doesn't help wit those. Then I have to bash my head aganist teh wall.

I get headaches from lack of sleep. Like if I stay up late and get up too early. Getting plenty of sleep usually rids me of them.

Caffeine headaches are the worst. When I was in the hospital for my cancer surgery, I used the morphine pump more for my caffeine headache than surgery pain.

I also get sinus headaches that sometimes turn into excruciating migraines. Bleh.

I used to get terrible headaches - the kind that had me seeing those little white spots in front of my eyes, even caused me to pass out a couple of times and I had to give up driving for awhile. Then I moved to California and left my ex in Texas. Haven't had those kinds of headaches since.

Haven't you've been going through a bad breakup? If so, it may be stress. Remove the stressor. I know that is harder than it sounds, but it is also easier than you might think.

You might want to check if your pillows have gone flat.
Seriously, it can change your head position when you sleep and that's given me problems in the past. New pillows solved the problem.

Woke up with a head ache today. I am drinking lots of water. I sometimes use a seed pillow when my neck hurts, those are nice.

I think orgams help too. People who ever said they could not have sex due to a headache were lying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Orgasms help with childbirth pain, menstrual cramps, and in general really improve a woman's disposition. Just sayin' ;)

Stress can cause clenching and grinding of the teeth which can cause the temporo-mandibular joint to swell and the nerves to be aggravated. The pain can radiate to the rest of the skull and into the neck. Orgasms do help - great stress busters. Muscle relaxants and alcohol, while a no-no to mix, will also relieve the pain.

Mine come with the weather change. And they turn into nasty Migraines.
There is no remedies.. Except hiding in a dark room with the AC blowing, no sound..
