Have you ever noticed that? Go into a health food store and look how serious everyone is. They are serious about their health food. Serious and superior.

"I have better health than you"
"Oh yeah? I eat standing on my head!"
"I wear no plastic. I consume nothing plastic"
"I carry my food in my mouth"
"I shop naked"
"I grow everything in my home garden so I don't have to shop"

Seriously if I say I like cilantro, I have 10 people telling me wherever they buy it is better and or that they grow it, or buy it and freeze it, or whatever. That is just one example.

I always thought people who work at health food stores are super serious because no one actually shops there.

I think health foodies are like any other hobbyists, you get the casual players and the intense nuts all mixed together. Try asking a roomful of potheads which is better: pipes or bongs, you'll get the same kind of reaction. People like their pastimes...
