Hell's Kitchen 8/7/2006: Goodbye Fatboy, Hello Bitches!!

I was pulling for Keith to win, but he lost all my respect last night. He basically threw away weeks of good performances with one lousy, surly dinner service. Here's a tip, Fatboy: You don't "call out" a Master Chef in his kitchen! What the heck was Ramsay supposed to do? If that were a real top-notch restaurant, Keith would've been fired on the spot, and most likely kicked in the butt on the way out.

I was also pulling for Heather, if Keith didn't get it. However, her constant whining about "fairness", and the fact that she seems close to tears at the smallest bit of criticism, leads me to believe that she can't hack her own restaurant. Heather, sweetheart, if you don't want to have to watch Virginia get private instructions from Chef Ramasay, then beat her in the challenge. This girl talks more smack and whines more than James from BB!

So that leave Virginia. Not much to say about her except she shows some promise, but she's way too raw to run her own kitchen.

One thing's for sure, no matter who wins the restaurant, the losers will be the people who pay good money to eat there!

I've grown to love Virginia. She's a ditz but it isn't like they're going to throw her into the fire at the Red Rock Resort, she'll be working with her staff long before the restaurant opens. I think she'll be a fantastic restaurant head.
