Heroes countdown thread

Yes! WHERE IS THE FUDDLE?

HE'S HERE, HE'S HERE, HE'S HERE!!!

I had loads of work to do, but I managed to catch Heroes at uni. A friend of mine watched it before me and kept repeating to everyone that it was "SHIT!" and "a waste of my hour!", so I was pleasantly surprised when it turned out quite interesting. Sure, there weren't any explosions and the episode did have that really weird feeling that you can't quite put your finger on, but we still learnt more than you would in a month's worth of Lost eps.

I felt the same the same way about some of the character's stupid decisions, but I suppose they don't know everything we do. Peter really should've got out of NY, but he painted that picture of Ted exploding, so he probably figures he's the only one besides Claire(and Sylar!) who could do something. Peter can't be sure that he's the one who'll explode. And neither can we.

The other slightly annoying thing was Hiro not killing Sylar when he had two perfect chances, but he's a kind soul, so you can understand why he couldn't go through with it. I liked it when he was about to kill Sylar and he lost control of his powers, but now everyone thinks Sylar can stop Hiro's power, which just isn't true.

Oh, there was one LOL moment in this ep, but I'm not sure if it would make sense over the pond. The painting of Micah between the burning buildings made him look like a gollywog from Enid Blyton books. I'll post a comparison later to show you what I mean.

For some reason, Sylar's original power escapes me. Is it the same as Peter's, except he has to cut open the heads to do it?

I found it interesting that the young girl, Molly, who is the only one who can stop Sylar, has the power to locate people. They don't want her better to find Sylar, they want to find everybody. Come on, Mohinder. Get with it! :)

I think they think Molly's virus will kill Sylar.. maybe. But I agree that they want to use her to find all the heroes.

Also.. I did for a moment think Sylar stopped Hiro's powers then I didn't think he had that ability and Hiro just got scared. Hiro is so cute.

I think he stopped it, then Sylar froze the sword, causing it to break.

I only realised today that Molly is the little girl Matt Parkman found in the cupboard waaay back earlier in the season when Sylar had killed her parents.

LOL

I saw the promos for the next episode, MR SULU!!! Do you know if Hiro's dad has a power? I think he does and I think he knows about Hiro's and I think he was part of Linderman and grandma Petrelli's little band of heroes.

Judging by the fact that he was there when the Company handed Claire over to Bennet, I don't think there's much doubt that Mr. Nakamura is in league with them. Hard to tell if he has a power, but looking at his website which was put up this week, he's very interested in people who do.

What we know about family and powers it would be surprising if he didn't have a power.

Oh yeah.. forgot about him being there when Claire was a baby.

So, seems like all the old heroes are evil now.
