I can't be arsed to find the old thread so I MADE A NEW ONE.

Anyone see the new ep yet? It was back to being kickass, imo.

Brilliant review, five stars!!

It was really good, but I have no fucking clue what happened. I like that they're keeping the pace up, but there's so much to absorb once the episode's over that you forget everything that happened.

The scene in the future with businessmen flying around was cool... looks like they solved the problem of you turning into a light-fearing freak if you take the injection. Also, it looks like you get to choose your power, since they were all flying.

They killed the little boy! With this and that scene a couple of weeks ago with the guy setting that woman on fire, it's getting quite disturbing at times.

Future Sylar was cool... looks like he really is a Petrelli as well, Angela wasn't fibbing. Dunno whether I like that. Is anybody NOT related to Angela? (some people think she's Hiro's mum as well). :S:

Okay, so if the world is destroyed by someone in the future then it could be practically anybody, since everyone has access to powers. The only solution is to stop the bad guys using the formula... and all they to stop them is Hiro. Oh dear.

Any ideas on why Future Peter can't use his regeneration? He can use all the other powers, but he had a scar which should've healed, and then he got shot dead. Weird.

President Petrelli looked fat.
 
Why did Hiro's dad keep the WORLD DESTRUCTION formula anyway? Why not just, you know, destroy it? How come Speed Girl happened to be running through Hiro's office at the exact moment he opened the safe for the first time?

(I know I'm two episodes behind but I don't care.)
 
Maybe he thought it'd be useful at some point in time. His power was the ability to see the divergent possibilities in any event, so he could judge what was best to do (which apparently explains why he told Hiro not to save him). Sure, destroying the world seems like a bad idea NOW, but who knows what the future may bring?

Daphne (or The Speedster, as she preferred to be known) might not've just arrived there when he opened it. Maybe she was waiting. She was obviously sent at that particular time because Kaito was dead and Hiro would be taking over the company, it was probably assumed that he'd go through his dad's stuff.
 
I actually enjoyed Sylar again! I started to hate him last season cause he was just too.. something I don't know what. Now he's evil again, but we know why! Damn, that means Peter is gonna have some serious problems getting a grip.
 
Apart from Hayden Panettiere's, um, 'acting' in the episode, I thought it was pretty good.

Zachary Quinto is really awesome.
 
I dunno, this show is getting pretty bad. I'll keep watching (mostly 'cause there are only like 5 good shows on tv these days), but it's starting to unravel. Too ambitous.
 
So was it episode 4 in the US?
Episode 3 is on BBC3 tonight.
Episode 2 on BBC2.
And download pace WHO KNOWS.

I hope they do an episode where someone goes to/travels back from the future to prevent/cause the end of the world. They've never done that! :sarek:
 
LOL, yeah, it was episode 4, featuring Peter and Peter going to the future and traveling back to prevent the end of the world! :D

So I'm wondering how Mother Petrelli can justify letting Sylar murder that woman at the start of episode three. Unless the woman was evil. Or mother Petrelli is evil. "Feeding" a girl to him doesn't seem like the best way to get him down the path of redemption.
 
Yeah, these characters seem to change at the drop of a hat. WTF happened with Nathan's wheelchair-bound wife?? The show was on hiatus for so fucking long, I forgot!

Cured and then died. I forget how. That was way back in Season One.
 
Mother Petrelli is definitely EVIL. I think she's insane too.
