Oh well Forgotten Hope and Desert Combat will have to do then.
Yeah, I never did end up putting the really deluxe version of my mod online anyway, as it was based on Forgotten Hope but included:
-All of the singleplayer maps from BattleGroup 42 and
-The "freelook" driver's cabins for the Hanomag and M3A1 APCs from Experience WW2 as well as some (very heavily modified) visual FX from both of those mods.
Those FX, by the way, would probably have lagged ya all to hell anyway. 0.5m area damage from bullet and shell impacts on metal and stone surfaces to simulate ricochet, tracers that actually left alpha-blended trails, working incendiary tracers, massive camera shake with a long falloff from tank-shell and artillery explosions. Very cool to play in, but only for seriously high-end gaming rigs.
