This is all happening in a State that legalised Witchcraft but didn't provide any fkn penalties for crimes or harm done....

So the state snd their courts have recognised Witchcraft and Satanism as legitimate religions, but didn't provide any legislative framework for penalties....

Places like Papua New Guinea recognised the religion and provide penalties in their courts, the Death Penalty
