I have worked down the street from Madam Toussaud's for years but I still haven't taken the tour. All my relatives who have visited the city have taken it, but the ticket prices are definitely set to trap tourists, so I instinctively resist.

It's amaaaazing. Sadly, I went before I had a digital camera, so I'm not sure where my pictures all are.

GTC and I went to the slightly lower quality one in Niagara Falls a few months ago. It was supposed to be done by the Madame's great grandson, but they weren't nearly as good as the real thing.

The price is high, though. I went when I was still in high school for a band trip. We marched in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, but I can definitely say that the wax museum was the best part of the trip.
 
The original Madame Tussaud's in the British capital has the Nazi dictator with his fist raised and clenched, staring firmly into the distance with his piercing blue eyes and clearly at the height of his dark powers.
