Holby looks different

I dont know if they are lighting the sets differently, filming in a real hospital, or just using different cameras, but it certainly looks different, a lot of contrast, really dark shadows.

It's the film they're using. It's movie stock - I don't know the technical names for these things, but that's all it is.

They are using 35mm?

I thought they might have gone over to high def, theres a bit of a weird blur going on when they move too fast.

They should do an epsidoe where a terrorist blows up the hospital and everyone dies.

Grey's Anatomy had an episode where a patient had a bomb in them and it exploded and Christina Ricci guest starred.

And I remember the hospital in Diagnosis Murder blew up as Dick Van Dyke ran in slow motion but in the next episode it was rebuilt and looked exactly the same.

And there was a Casualty episode years ago where a bomb blew up in a shopping centre and this guy had to have his leg sawn off.
