ScottEvil started a thread prompting everyone to sign some online petition urging senators to modify the hate crime laws to include sexual orientation.
ScottEvil is a fudgepacker, for those of you who didn't know. I can understand him wanting such a modification passed... hell, it's in his best interest.
But like every other minority group, he descends into the whining, twisted emotional logic of why everyone should urge their senators to make it happen.
But read the thread... look at how many posters there are actually having an intelligent thought and telling him "a crime is a crime regardless of motivation."
I'm actually rather proud of some of them.
ETA: admins, the reason I didn't put this in AP is because it's more about EI than the subject at hand.
