How can you claim "Free Speech" and "Ban" people?

#1 (Child Pornography) At no time as a resident of the US can I allow "Child Pornography" to be posted here.
You post it, and I turn over your IP, your hostinfo, and your child porn to the FBI. Then I delete the post,
and ban your IP. Your account will not be deleted, but your IP will be banned. End of story.

#2 (Beastiality) At no time as a resident of the US can I allow "Beastiality" to be posted here.
You post it, and I turn over your IP, your hostinfo, and your animal sex shit to the FBI.
Then I delete the post, and ban your IP. Your account will not be deleted, but your IP will be banned.
End of story.

#3 (Copyright Infringement) You infringe on a copyright, and the copyright holder contacts me with proof,
I then remove the infringement. If a court order arises that demands your IP and hostinfo for
"Copyright infringement", your info will be supplied by order of the court. End of story.

#4 (Spamming) If you repeat the same post over and over again, it is gone.
I don't mind folks posting a link, or making a statement, but foolish repetition
just to clog up my SQL is a no-no, and that includes "Hyperlink Spam". Repeated
"Spamming" can cause us to ban your IP, but your account will not be deleted.
End of story.

So, we ban as much as you do, except we don't ban, don't ban for talking about pirating, and try to keep the adult images on this to a minimum.

And we don't IP ban.

How can you claim to be a "troll" when you can't "grasp basic concepts of the TOS"?
 
That problem was that that picture that got deleted was on black gay blowjob. It didn't fit in any of those four categories.
It was definately porn, but not any of those.

Really?

Banning an IP and banning an account are two different things...

Here, you ban the "Person" speaking.

"I" ban the microphone they use.

Any "troll" worth their salt is on a proxy or a VPN or a combo of both, and can switch IP"s in 10 seconds or less.

Do you really think the IP you see when your "Admin's" look at me is really mine???????

IP banning satisfy's my legal obligation under the law, but it never mutes the persons right to speak.

You folks really are as "Dense" as you appear to be. I thought it was just your "Schtick"...

Wrong, pissant. Any troll worth their salt would be able to infuriate everyone, force policy changes on a board, and still not cross the lined into bannable territory. Any monkey can register on a site and post links to goatse and pop-up generators.

usually, we're more refined than blatant crotchshots, but if it's more artistic than pornographic, it'll pass.
