I had a spongy Max Headroom puppet. You could put your hand in it, and there were four finger holes inside. One above each eye, and one above each lip.

I've looked on eBay a few times and not seen one. I KNOW I'm not imagining it, because we were on a field trip to Southampton Show, and about a dozen of us got one!
