How do you cook a live Chicken? (need super quick response)

If you just happen to "catch" one of your neighbors Chickens that strayed onto your property, (hey finders keepers right?), how would you quickly cook it so that it can be eaten before your neighbors finds it missing? Is there a way to quickly cook it feathers and all "no time for plucking or disembowling" so that it can be eaten as fast as possible? (Need quick response before the police comes) :shock:
