It was strange today. None of us overdid it on hors d'oeuvres, but all of us were full after a single plate of THanksgiving dinner. And we sat at the table and talked forever aftger eating, so dessert wasn't until way later, yet none of us gorged on pie either.

Of course I'm hungry now, but all the food is meticulously put away, and there are alarms set all over the house since my brother-in-law installs them for a living, so I would have to do laser-avoiding acrobatics like the three cat-lady jewel thieves from Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back just to have a late-night snack.

I'm having leftovers for breakfast. IT'S MY FAVORITE THING ABOUT ALL THIS FOOD.
