I've recently remembered this show. It had James "The Thing" Arness in it, and probably that old bag who played that old bag in "Lost". Also, Bruce Boxleitner before he married Melissa Gilbert.

But anyway, doesn't this guy look like a proto-Brad Pitt?

The proto-hunk is William Kirby Cullen. I recognized him as Chuck, Julie's boyfriend on One Day at a Time.

He has a bunch of TV guest-stars roles to his credit, but nothing listed since 1985.

Because that's when he was taken into a lab and transformed into Brad Pitt.

I'm ashamed to say I have the season 1 DVD of that show. I WAS HOOKED ON IT.

Sadly, sales were not good for the first season DVD and they halted issuing any other seasons. AND THERE ARE 9 OF THEM.
