Just use html tags.
If you want to insert and image:
<img src="image.gif" />
Replace image.gif with the full URL for the pic. Put that into a karma comment, and it'll show up in the post. Until they get the uber, uber secret tech admin on the horn to fix it.
Otherwise, the cunts are relegated towards editing individual comments, so.... have a blast.
