How can you get uncitizenized? It's not like he or I declared for the Minefield or anything (I'm assuming that's what the strike means).

You can't just remove someone's citizenship, WE HAVE INHERENT RIGHTS.
 
Nope, the striking out means that you were voted out or something when you two left TK, I can't remember exactly how it happened, but I am sure it all was strictly according to the Spamstitution.
It's also possible that it was Dual's fault alone, he went and did some changes to the list when I wasn't looking, and when I finally noticed, I was too lazy to do something about it.

And yeah, you can be stricken from the list pretty easily once you've stopped posting in the BL.
