I got my laptop at Best Buy, they have the geek patrol who will come to your house and set everything up like the wireless router and stuff and they have badges!!!!

I would have loved to have had the courtesy or DECENCY of a phone call from you.......the person who controls this board...........when all of this crap was going down over here but your actions or lack thereof speak volumes of your character to me. If criminal activity occured, indictments were issued in several cities, all were prosecuted but one city because the indictment was sealed (ie; milking the stinkin' rats for all they can), do they ever unseal the indictment and does it become part of public record once it is unsealed?

yep......there you have it folks. I will be able to prove some of the above. This is a state/local issue, it should have never happened. The State had no probable cause and could not provide me with records. It will be up to the U.S. Attorney Generals Office and the Privacy & Civil Liberties Office to decide on my case. This should have NEVER happened to happened to me but as Eric publically stated in his threat to me on this board, he is well-connected, knows the sheriff personally and the D.A. personally. The sheriff's office cannot find Eric to serve him. I tried to keep this state/local, but when that failed I decided to involve the feds because my civil liberties and constitutional rights were violated.
Instead of taking shots at me, you people should be standing firmly behind me for having the courage to take our government to task for violating the basic rights all of us have. It is something you all should take more seriously.able cause, did not investigate and my lawyer actively hid the Burglary charge from me, the Court Clerk did the same, the D.A.s office the same.
Pull up a case were a state prison guard got on government computers and acted in an official capacity to pull the false criminal record he had created on me then published it on several websites. He and his felon brother.

yep......there you have it folks. I will be able to prove some of the above. This is a state/local issue, it should have never happened. The State had no probable cause and could not provide me with records. It will be up to the U.S. Attorney Generals Office and the Privacy & Civil Liberties Office to decide on my case. This should have NEVER happened to happened to me but as Eric publically stated in his threat to me on this board, he is well-connected, knows the sheriff personally and the D.A. personally. The sheriff's office cannot find Eric to serve him. I tried to keep this state/local, but when that failed I decided to involve the feds because my civil liberties and constitutional rights were violated.
Instead of taking shots at me, you people should be standing firmly behind me for having the courage to take our government to task for violating the basic rights all of us have. It is something you all should take more seriously.able cause, did not investigate and my lawyer actively hid the Burglary charge from me, the Court Clerk did the same, the D.A.s office the same.
Pull up a case were a state prison guard got on government computers and acted in an official capacity to pull the false criminal record he had created on me then published it on several websites. He and his felon brother.
Eric was a government employee when he did what he did. He had help.
I also believe that you should do unto others as they do to you. For Example: when Tamar_Garish was yucking it up, trying to make herself look important at my expense by posting the false criminal record on a website for countless people to have access to my vital stats....................the same should be done to her.
She should be hauled to the sheriff's dept under false charges, booked, fingerprinted, then her criminal record with all her vital stats should be posted all over the internet for countless people to have access to.
The same goes for all who participated in the illegal activities that brought this board under scrutiny. All of you really need to think about this. WHO really brought this board under scrutiny???? If you had a member here bring a false charge against you, spending thousands of dollars only to find that your identity had already been stolen and a Burglary charge created on you.........what would you do??
Especially if you worked in a position of trust handling other peoples' money and a lot of the patients worked at the courthouse where the court clerk, Marcia, lied about the Burglary charge.
If people who work in the Justice system will lie and commit fraud, who can we trust?? This could easily happen to any of you. Including law enforcement.

I did NOT say I pwnd the FBI..............I just bugged the crap out of them. If they created a file on Jenna, that isn't because of me ....... they created a file on me too. Now Red is a whole different story. I want to forewarn you that the FBI was not the only agency I contacted not that it did me any good. I was contacting all the wrong people cause I found out 6 months ago that the Secret Service handles identity theft and computer crimes. That is who I should have gone to in the first place...............maybe they would have done something about what was going down over here!!!!! It is good information to have and I think I will call them to tell them someone stole my identity over here, created a criminal Burglary charge, there was a prison guard who created another criminal charge and I got blamed for criminal activity I didn't even commit!!! Why are the lights so bright in clothing stores?? I mean.........I can understand them being bright on the main floor where all the clothes are but when you are back in the dressing area trying on clothes do you want all the glaring lights showing all your imperfections?? Like your big ass or the dark circles under your eyes??
I found some jeans today that everyone agreed didn't make my ass look big!! This is good, I will buy them after I get out of debt.
I think high-end stores should invest in better lighting.........more flattering lighting like photographers wear. I think it would help sell more clothes cause everything would be more flattering............you would look a lot better than under flourescent lighting which SUCKS.
