He debuted on RAW a few months ago, then promptly failed a drugs test and got suspended. He's appeared once since, being utterly destroyed by Umaga.
 
Speaking of Wrestlemaina...

The suspension takes Hardy out of WrestleMania. Hardy dropped the Intercontinental title to Chris Jericho Monday night before departing for 60 days. The suspension puts the WWE between a rock and a hard place. It is likely that it will be a long time before the WWE trusts Hardy again with a big spot. However, the fans love him and it would be hard for the WWE to reject the fans their hero when he returns.

Yeah, I read that, he's totally fuck up this time. He was actually getting a main event push and was closer than ever to becoming world champion. Pretty much only has himself to blame too, since this is his second suspension within a year. I guess they were right to not have Orton drop the belt to him at the Rumble.
