Me: (looking in medicine cabinet) OH look ear drops, these will get the water out of my right ear. IT'S MADE OF PEROXIDE!

Me: WTF? Oily peroxide?

NOW MY EAR HOLES ARE OILY AND FEEL WEIRD AND GROSS :rwmad:

I know you're not supposed to use a Q-tip in your ears but it's the best thing to clean them with IMHO. Try swabbing it out with one. Or pour some vinegar in there. :P

The label says carbamide peroxided. ALL I SAW WAS PEROXIDE. I guess it's for ear wax removal. My ears are less greasy now. I did use some q-tips to get some of it out. YUCK.

I didn't respond to this thread because all I could think of (myself of course! How Selfish!) was how I had really small ear canals as a kid (um and still do) and how I used to have to have them cleaned out (basically a very very small vacuum)
and then I got sent home with ear drops and could pretty much never go swimming with my friends unless I wore ear plugs or a really nifty looking swim cap-because all the kids wore those.

So I am really really glad you didn't have to go to the doctor and get your ear vacuumed out.

ME TOO!! I think the oily peroxide is probably good for your ears. At least it won't hurt them, even if it feels gross.
