I Never Sang For My Father

curiousa2z

Be patient till the last.
anyone seen it?
closed up here last night, and as I hadn't worked on anything with the play, I thought it'd be nice to host the party. The woman who played the nurse made Cosmos. I'm glad I only tried one...her boyfriend had to just about carry her out of the house.
intense play about family dynamics.

I haven't seen a production,, but I think I read the play.

Strange coincidence: The author, Robert Anderson, just died a few days ago. He was more famous for Tea and Sympathy, that play where a hot headmistress at a boy's boarding school bangs one of the students because he's afraid he might be gay. Racy stuff for 1953.

someone at the party had mentioned he'd passed recently but I was thinking sometime in the past year.
life's funny, eh? a playwright dies; meanwhile, one of his plays is being put on a thousand miles away in a little bohunk town he's never heard of...there's immortality for ya.

Is there any nudity?
