Hippie in a Toyota Prius had a bumpersticker that said "No Child Left A Dime". At first I was confused, as she also had a "Stop the War" sign in the window and didn't really look like the type to bemoan Obama's out-of-control spending. Then I realized the sticker was an indictment of Bush. :lol:

I guess she should think about quietly scraping that sticker off in the dead of night, as I think our boy, Obama, has spent more in his first 2 months than Bush did in his entire 8 years.

Bush spent a total of about $21 trillion dollars over 8 years. Obama has spent larger lump sums. But he's got a long way to go to catch up with Bush on total spending.

Reagan, Bush Sr and Bush Jr are just examples of the Republicans inability to grasp the concept of accumulated spending. Accumulation is only a word they understand as it applies to their own bank accounts.
