I sorted my DVD collection into Alpha Order yesterday.

Unfortunately I have approximately 2500 discs. I wouldn't even know where to start if I did that!

My problem as well, I'm probably closing in on 2000. Which is why they are all in piles all over the house now...I have no damn place to put them anymore!

I have thrown the cases away and filed them in two large, DJ boxes with sleeves. That's OK, but now I am facing a similar problem with the 200 or so BluRays I have accumulated.

My DVDs are in piles as well, they number in the hundreds.

I bought a Blu-Ray last year, but I'm not about to go re-buying everything, so I only buy Blu-Rays for special new items. RIght now, that only amounts to all seasons of Downtown Abbey and the last Harry Potter movie.

When it becomes just as easy to rip blu-rays to my computer as with DVDs, then I'll really make the switch.

I have got maybe 50 BluRays that I had as DVDs, but principally where the movie is a very visual - like Sin City, 300, Iron Man, etc.

I don't bother with TV series on BR. The only exception I have made there is True Blood. I need to see those tits in HD ;)

I haven't made the Blu-ray conversion yet. My CD and vinyl collection? Let's just say it's like V's bedroom in V for Vendetta.
